What Teens Need to Know: A Guide to Health Care and the Law

The New York Civil Liberties Union is launching What Teens Need to Know: A Guide to Health Care and the Law, a resource for adolescents across New York State. In New York State, minors have the right to access certain health care services confidentially (without parental consent). However, many young people, as well as those who work with them are unaware of the services that minors are able to access. The goal of this website is to provide this incredibly important information so that young people are able to make informed decisions about their health.
