2023-2024 Youth Leadership and Food Justice Program

Community Food Advocates is now accepting applications for 2023-24 Youth Food Advocates (YFA). YFA is ideal for young people who are or will be enrolled in any NYC high school and are interested in systemic change in New York City food systems, with a focus on school food. The program begins with a Summer Leadership Training in August 2023 and runs until June 2024, and leaders receive a stipend of up to $550. Applications are due by June 15, 2023.
