The Morgan Stanley Finance Academy is a highly selective five-month virtual career development program from November 2026 - March 2027 for current high school seniors across the United States. Through skill-building sessions, mentorship, and exposure to professionals across Morgan Stanley, students will gain insight into finance careers and how to prepare for success in the industry and expand their network. In addition to live virtual sessions, participants will have an opportunity to collaborate on a project competition to pitch to a Morgan Stanley client. Ownership Is The Future is recruiting Harlem young people ages 16–24 for its Fall 2026 Community Fellowship. The after-school program begins September 28, 2026 at 4:00 PM at Goddard Riverside Options Center and runs through December. Participants will start with their strengths, identity, interests, and lived experience and use them as a foundation to develop something of their own. Through hands-on entrepreneurship, coaching, mentorship, customer discovery, and venture-building, young people will develop and test a business idea, build a product or service, make real financial decisions, and ultimately launch a real business. This year, Building Beats is launching the bbLeaders Fellowship, a free year-long program for NYC public high school students (grades 10–12, ages 15–18) running from November 2026 through June 2027 at BRIC Arts Media in Brooklyn. Participants choose between two tracks, Music Production or DJing, and meet after school two days a week (4:30 PM – 6:30 PM). They will build hands-on technical skills, work with industry mentors, explore career pathways, and present a final project at the June 2027 Showcase. Fellows in the DJ track also gain opportunities for paid gigs through the Building Beats DJ Agency. No prior music or DJ experience is required. Are you passionate about film, storytelling, or making media that inspires change? The DCTV Youth Media Fellowship 2026–2027 is now accepting applications from high school students in grades 9-12. The DCTV Youth Media Fellowship is an 8-month intensive filmmaking program for NYC students in Grades 9–12 who want to develop their creative voice and learn professional media production skills. Throughout the fellowship, you'll gain hands-on experience in documentary, narrative and experimental filmmaking, camera operation, video editing, interviewing techniques, media literacy, and story development and production. Bottom Line's Access application is currently open to high school juniors. Bottom Line is a nonprofit dedicated to helping students get into college, graduate, and launch successful careers. They offer a comprehensive five- to seven-year program that provides students with free, one-on-one, individualized advising throughout the college application process until college graduation. To be eligible, students should be a junior in high school who will be a first-generation college student, have a 75+ GPA, plan to obtain a 4-year degree, and meet income eligibility requirements. Bottom Line will host two virtual information sessions on May 28, 2026 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM, and May 29, 2026 from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Students, educators, and families can register here to attend.
