NEW Online Professional Development Opportunity

PASE is piloting professional development that combines self-paced learning and live online sessions, and we want you to be a part of it!

We have partnered with Change Up Learning to provide free access to a course on Culturally Responsive Practice in Person and Online. Through this online, asynchronous course, participants will learn strategies for understanding and integrating culturally responsive practice into youth programs. This asynchronous course can be completed at your own pace and schedule, and you will receive a certificate upon completion.

Who Should Participate?

Educators (including part-time and volunteers) and Leaders of youth-serving organizations are welcome to participate. This asynchronous format works best for learners who are self-motivated and can allocate time during work hours to complete the course.

How to Participate

To gain access, complete the following short preregistration form.

Upon submission of the form, within a business day, we will share a link to the platform and free access to the course.

What to Expect?

Once you receive your unique link from PASE:

  1. Create your account on the Change Up Learning website.
  2. Complete your profile.
  3. Complete the Culturally Responsive Practice in Person and Online course. The course is asynchronous and can be completed anytime, anywhere at your own pace between November 15, 2021 and January 13, 2022.
  4. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion.
  5. Participate in PASE's virtual focus group.

As part of your participation in the course, we ask that you join a virtual focus group on January 20, 2022, from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm to share your experience taking the online course and any recommendations you may have for future offerings. Registration information to follow.
