Rachel Lee

New 42

Rachel Lee (she/her) is a facilitator, administrator, and teaching artist working at the intersection of access, education, and workplace culture. Currently, Rachel is the Director of Audience and Youth Engagement at New 42, where she oversees a suite of Youth Development programs that  provide job training, mentorship and career guidance to young adults from across New York City. With over a decade of experience as a teaching artist and arts administrator, Rachel has worked with organizations including Little Island, Disney Theatrical Group, Pace University, CAP21 at Molloy College, Marquis Studios, Center for Arts Education, and Harlem School for the Arts. Across all her work, Rachel is committed to creating spaces where people, especially young people, can be their most joyful, authentic selves — whether in the classroom, the rehearsal room, or the workplace.
