Naisha Blijd

Naisha Blijd is an operations leader and founder of Vervé Consulting Group, where she partners with mission-driven organizations to strengthen systems, drive execution, and support sustainable growth. With over a decade of experience across education, government, and nonprofit sectors, Naisha has led large-scale operational initiatives, built high-performing teams, and developed data-driven systems that improve organizational effectiveness, accountability, and long-term impact.

Prior to launching Vervé, Naisha held senior leadership roles within public charter school networks, most recently serving as a Regional Director of School Operations. In this role, she oversaw multi-site operations, led cross-functional teams, and consistently drove strong outcomes across compliance, performance, and organizational effectiveness. She is known for her ability to translate vision into clear, actionable strategy and to build systems that create clarity, alignment, and consistency across teams.

Naisha earned her Master of Public Administration and Social Work from Binghamton University and obtained a certification in Nonprofit Management through the PASE Emerging Leaders Cohort (2018–2019), in partnership with Baruch College, reflecting her commitment to leadership and youth development.

She is passionate about advancing equity through strong systems and empowering leaders to do their best work. Outside of her professional life, Naisha enjoys traveling, cycling, and exploring new experiences.
