Tania Ortiz-Ashby

(she/her)

Tania Ortiz-Ashby has worked at PASE since 2005 and is currently a Deputy Director of Programs. Tania manages training and technical assistance, including PASE's College Prep & Success initiative. She has worked in the youth services field for over twenty years, first as a designer and provider of innovative direct service programs for youth, then as director of training for Fresh Youth Initiatives. Tania holds a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University, an Executive Level Certificate from the Columbia Business School Institute for Non-Profit Management, and was a member of American Express' 2009 Non-Profit Leadership Academy. She also holds a Master of Arts in Learning and Emerging Technologies and an Advanced Certificate in Teaching with Emerging Technologies from SUNY Empire State University.
