Courtney Camacho is a dedicated consultant specializing in coaching, training, and capacity building for nonprofit organizations. With a deep focus on college access advising, DEIBJ (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Justice), and management training, Courtney works with nonprofit leaders and teams to enhance their impact and effectiveness. Whether leading equity-focused management workshops, developing resources to support young women’s leadership, or guiding strategic plans, Courtney brings a collaborative and insightful approach to every project. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bloomsburg University and a Master of Education in School Counseling from St. John’s University. With a strong foundation in education and a passion for social justice, Courtney empowers organizations to create inclusive and sustainable practices that benefit both their staff and the communities they serve.
