Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bloomsburg University and a Master of Education in School Counseling from St. John’s University. With a strong foundation in education and a passion for social justice, Courtney empowers organizations to create inclusive and sustainable practices that benefit both their staff and the communities they serve.
