Isra "Izzy" Khaled

Izzy is a first-generation college graduate who attended a public New York City high school. With the support of a community-based organization, Izzy was admitted into Manhattan College through their Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP). Izzy began working in college access right after graduating high school. She worked for CollegeBound Initiative in different capacities for 6 years. For graduate school, she attended Hunter College and received a Master's Degree in School Counseling. Izzy now works as the Senior Manager for Alumni and College Success at Row New York where she assists students with the college application/transfer process, career readiness and works to engage alumni.
