Tamara Morgan

Adaptive Design Association, Inc.

Tamara holds a Master’s in Creative Art Therapy from New York University and has four years of experience in preventive support services for families and youth. At Adaptive Design, she is dedicated to supporting children with disabilities and their families through advocacy, public speaking, development, and community outreach. She oversees all community-building initiatives, including school programs, corporate workshops, volunteer engagements, and internship programs, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively. In addition to her work at Adaptive Design, Tamara serves on the boards of three organizations: Philanthropy Leaders, the Museum, Arts & Culture Access Consortium (MAC), and the Southern California University of Health Sciences. Tamara made history as the first woman with Osteogenesis Imperfecta Type 3 to hike Mount Kilimanjaro as a wheelchair user in custom adaptive mountain climbing wheelchair called a Trekker in the summer of 2025. Her leadership across these sectors reflects her deep commitment to inclusive education, accessibility, and community-driven impact.
