Luisa Majnoni d'Intignano
Lafayette Square
Luisa is a Senior Associate at Lafayette Square and is responsible for underwriting credit investments in middle market businesses. Prior to Lafayette Square, she was an Investment Analyst at Sandton Capital Partners, where she focused on distressed and special situations investments in the U.S. and Europe. She started her career at Terkarra Capital Management as an Investment Analyst focusing on technology and consumer product stocks. Born in Rome, Italy, and raised in Washington, D.C., Luisa holds an M.A. in Economics from Columbia University and a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from New York University. Originally on track to receive a PhD in economics, Luisa pivoted towards a career in finance to pursue impact investing.
In 2022, Luisa co-founded Malta Camp USA, a camp for young adults with disabilities that aims to build community between those with and without disabilities. She previously volunteered for disability camps in Germany, Italy, Austria, Poland, and the U.K. and currently runs a sing along volunteering initiative in New York City for patients with complex medical conditions.
In her free time, Luisa loves singing (musical theatre, jazz), visiting family in Rome and Tuscany, reading fiction, hiking, and sailing. Luisa has been a PASE Junior Board member since 2018.
