Simone Gamble

OAAARS

Simone Gamble is a NYC-based community organizer, DEIJ consultant, and founder of OAAARS—a collective of BIPOC consultants offering social justice-centered training. With degrees in Education and Social Work from Hunter College, they have worked with NYC youth orgs and led workshops on creating safer, inclusive spaces for people of color. Simone has consulted with over 25 youth organizations nationwide. Her work centers radical curriculum, intersectional facilitation, and organizational change rooted in equity and liberation.
