Nancie Adolphe

Flanbwayan Haitian Literacy Project

Nancie Adolphe is a dedicated youth advocate and Program Director at the Flanbwayan Haitian Literacy Project, where she champions the needs of immigrant youth through school placement, advocacy, and leadership development. She holds a degree in Political Science from The City College of New York and an Advanced Certificate in Immigration Law Studies. This foundation strengthens her commitment to social justice and community empowerment. 

Guided by the words, “Be the change you wish to see in the world,” Nancie brings passion, integrity, and purpose to every aspect of her work. She is also deeply committed to holistic well-being and sees movement as a form of self-care and resilience. Whether she's strength training, practicing yoga, or enjoying long walks in Prospect Park, Nancie prioritizes wellness as part of a balanced life. She also loves connecting with friends in cozy Brooklyn cafés and nurturing meaningful conversations that fuel her spirit.
