Christina Russell

Christina Russell is a Managing Director at Policy Studies Associates, where she conducts research, evaluation, and policy analysis in education and youth development to help clients make sound program decisions. Christina is an experienced evaluator of complex education initiatives, and frequently works with nonprofit and governmental organizations to design, develop, and implement evaluations that can provide ongoing and actionable feedback on program performance and improvement. Ms. Russell earned her A.B. at Stanford University and her M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
