Kate Cassirer is an associate at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, where she represents a wide range of plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation. Her current caseload includes the pro bono representation of a group of dancers in their efforts to hold their abusers accountable on sex trafficking charges. In law school she interned in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York and at Sanctuary for Families. She holds a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. Prior to law school, she worked as a program assistant at the Center for Court Innovation, an organization dedicated to fostering a fairer and more humane criminal justice system.
