Demystifying Outcomes

This brief is intended to guide you through the process of identifying appropriate outcomes for your program, and, if possible, help demystify the concept of ‘outcomes.’ It is important for each program, when identifying and talking about these outcomes, to make sure the outcomes claimed are aligned with specific program activities, resources and goals provided.
