An Educators’ Workshop on Access in the Highly Selective Landscape
September 29, 2026 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
We invite you to join us in-person for candid conversations with admissions officers from Brown, Columbia, Princeton, and Yale. This interactive workshop will include multiple opportunities to share information with one another to demystify and clarify aspects of the college application process and college access.
In order to register for this event you need to or first.
Through a combination of discussion, information sharing, and an interactive activity, participants will gain greater insight into how applications are reviewed, what admissions offices consider when evaluating students, and how the current higher education landscape is shaping the admissions process. The session will also create space for open dialogue between admissions officers and practitioners, including a candid “What We Wish Each Other Knew” conversation focused on strengthening understanding and collaboration between CBOs and higher education.
Participants will leave with greater clarity about the admissions process, practical insights to inform their advising, and opportunities to build connections with admissions colleagues.
