Foundational Series for Line Staff: Conflict Resolution

Conflict resolution and effective communication are the cornerstones of healthy relations and program dynamics.

In order to register for this event you need to or first.

In this online session, participants will: gain new strategies not only for dealing positively with conflict, but also for helping children and youth manage conflicts, and have the opportunity to practice conflict mediation skills through role-plays and active listening.
