Conflict resolution and effective communication are the cornerstones of healthy relations and program dynamics. In this online session, participants will: gain new strategies not only for dealing positively with conflict, but also for helping children and youth manage conflicts, and have the opportunity to practice conflict mediation skills through role-plays and active listening.
