As a nonprofit administrator and consultant, her goals include helping children and their families navigate relationships, self esteem, and new interests. While also equipping the professionals with resources and tools to effectively lead, support their communities, and make a lasting impact!
Outside of work, Nikki has a love for traveling - 12 countries and counting. She is an avid lover of music and dance!
