From Contract to Program Ready: Strategies for a Strong Start

This fall, many organizations will be launching programs at new sites, navigating tight timelines, high stakes, and a lot of moving parts.  What does it take to stand up a quality afterschool program quickly and confidently?  In this online session, learn from your peers and a skilled facilitator on practical strategies for securing licenses and key documentation, staffing up efficiently,  building working relationships  with key school staff and others who hold institutional knowledge, and leveraging your agency's existing strengths to set your new site up for success.  

This workshop is intended for DYCD funded organizations. This professional development opportunity is provided at no cost to you but has a value of $230 for DYCD. If you register for and are subsequently unable to attend this session you are responsible for cancelling your registration or risk being waitlisted for future events.
