Are you a director or manager who aspires to move into more senior management roles? Do you manage staff whose leadership you want to expand and whose talents and skills you want to retain? Are you thinking of leading your own organization? PASE's Emerging Leaders Program begins this Winter!
We are pleased to announce that PASE's Emerging Leaders in Nonprofit Management: A Course for Youth Program Professionals in collaboration with the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership, at the City College of New York will be opening applications soon.
The 10-session course runs from January 2027 - March 2027. It presents an overview of many aspects of nonprofit management and leadership, including organizational diagnosis, strategic planning, advocacy, human resources and talent management, fundraising, performance measurement, effective leadership, board relations, communications, and financial management.
