Join this in-person session to learn tools to manage junior staff.  

Part of being an effective supervisor is knowing and understanding your team, in order to provide relevant guidance, resources, and motivation. Generational differences and nuances can present unique challenges and opportunities for managers. This session will explore meaningful ways to supervise, coach, and support junior staff in youth-serving organizations. 

Participants will explore strategies and resources to maintain a commitment to equity and create a supportive work environment for junior staff, without compromising on job performance or program quality.

This workshop is intended for DYCD funded organizations. DYCD Staff are welcome. This professional development opportunity is provided at no cost to you but has a value of $230 for DYCD. If you register for and are subsequently unable to attend this session you are responsible for cancelling your registration or risk being waitlisted for future events.
