This online workshop focuses on recognizing and managing secondary trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout in care and service professionals. Participants will learn how working with trauma-affected individuals can impact their own emotional well-being and explore strategies for preventing burnout, fostering resilience, and maintaining empathy. 

The workshop is designed to equip professionals with practical tools for self-care and stress management while building a supportive team culture to navigate the demands of trauma-informed care.

This workshop is intended for DYCD funded organizations. This professional development opportunity is provided at no cost to you but has a value of $230 for DYCD. If you register for and are subsequently unable to attend this session you are responsible for cancelling your registration or risk being waitlisted for future events.
