Supervising staff who are proximate to communities they server requires its own skill set. This online workshop explores best practices for building supportive, restorative supervisory relationships, with particular attention to the unique dynamics and needs that arise when staff shared lived experiences with the young people and communities they serve.
This workshop is intended for DYCD funded organizations. This professional development opportunity is provided at no cost to you but has a value of $230 for DYCD. If you register for and are subsequently unable to attend this session you are responsible for cancelling your registration or risk being waitlisted for future events.
