Restorative Supervision: Making the Connection

March 11, 2026 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

A workshop for DYCD funded organizations

In order to register for this event you need to or first.

Join a highly interactive in-person workshop focused on restorative supervision that builds community.  Using restorative circle work and classroom discussion, join us to practice a model of supervision that goes beyond task management to managing nervous systems, relationships, and trust.

This session explores how trauma-informed care, restorative practice, and healing-centered engagement work together to create accountable, supportive workplace communities. Participants will engage in three guided restorative circle dialogues and leave with practical tools to recognize trauma signals without pathologizing staff, use supervision language that support healing, and implement decision-making structures that balance accountability with dignity.

This workshop is intended for DYCD funded organizations. DYCD Staff are welcome. This professional development opportunity is provided at no cost to you but has a value of $230 for DYCD. If you register for and are subsequently unable to attend this session you are responsible for cancelling your registration or risk being waitlisted for future events.
