Restorative Supervision: Who is Our Community

Join a highly interactive in-person workshop focused on restorative supervision that builds community, using restorative circle work and classroom discussion. 

This training session is designed to engage participants in reflective practices on the composition, leadership, and dynamics within communities. Through examining key questions around inclusion, leadership shifts, and the impact of past experiences, participants will be equipped with restorative strategies to foster community growth, leadership diversity, and collaborative decision-making.

This workshop is intended for DYCD funded organizations. DYCD Staff are welcome. This professional development opportunity is provided at no cost to you but has a value of $230 for DYCD. If you register for and are subsequently unable to attend this session you are responsible for cancelling your registration or risk being waitlisted for future events.
