Action Dreaming: A Community Conversation about the Future of Learning and Education

Are you passionate about the future of education, and do you want to be in dialogue with other New Yorkers who are as well? Brooklyn Public Library has an upcoming event for you: “Action Dreaming: A Community Conversation about the Future of Learning and Education” on September 19, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brooklyn Central Library (10 Grand Army Plaza). Join educational thought leaders Kass and Cornelius Minor, as well as Kwame Alexander, for a participatory evening of dreaming and community conversation about the future of learning that is centered on children and the villages that nurture them. Be ready to engage in storytelling, listening, and art-making while exploring what education has been and what powerful, transformative learning can be.

PASE believes all kids deserve a safe, nurturing space during out-of-school time where they have opportunities to explore their passions while connecting with and learning from caring adults. We exist to improve the quality of afterschool programs for children and teens living in poverty.
