Combatting Employee Burnout with Behavioral Design

The Behavioral Design Center at ideas42, in partnership with United Neighborhood Houses, will present an interactive workshop on November 15, 2022 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. This workshop introduces the psychological causes of burnout and shares strategies for making work more manageable, helping teams respond to problems, and boosting staff morale.
