Harlem Community Wellness Field Day with HEAF, Street Squash, and the Boys & Girls Club of Harlem

Join HEAF, StreetSquash, and the Boys & Girls Club of Harlem on Saturday, May 16, 2026, for the 3rd Annual Harlem Community Wellness Field Day, a half-day of connection, self-care, fitness, and community celebration in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month. This free public event brings together families, students, alumni, and community members for an afternoon of wellness, relaxation, and fun. Designed for all ages, the day offers a chance to relax, recharge, and reconnect through engaging wellness and self-care activities and workshops, and a basketball game/open gym to close out the day. RSVP via the event registration form to save your spot.
