How Kids Learn Conference

Sponsored by Temescal Associates and the Learning in Afterschool & Summer (LIAS) project, the How Kids Learn Conference (HKL) V takes place on December 10, 2015 in Berkeley, California and on January 21, 2016 in Los Angeles, California. The conference will focus on the importance of and strategies for promoting career awareness, the development of workforce skills, and work-based learning and will include notable speakers and workshops. Target audience includes school- and community-based program providers (K-12), advocates for workforce development, funders, and policymakers.
