Managing Through Uncertainty: Workshops for Nonprofit Leaders

This fall, the Nonprofit Finance Fund is offering free workshops to help New York City nonprofit leaders manage their finances and advance their missions in the context of today's funding and policy uncertainties. Workshop participants will examine their organization's financial health and readiness, develop scenarios and corresponding action plans, determine how debt can help with financial management, gain an understanding of full costs and how to articulate those needs to funders and stakeholders, and learn from their peers. A workshop will be offered in each of the five boroughs beginning in September. Register to attend. Email eramsey@nff.org with any questions.
