Concept Papers from DYCD

The NYC Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) has released two concept papers and seeks feedback to assist in the forthcoming requests for proposals anticipated this fall. Feedback for the Summer Youth Employment Program concept paper is due October 19, 2017. Email conceptpaper@dycd.nyc.gov with subject line: SYEP Concept Paper or submit by mail to Milagros Ramirez, Department of Youth and Community Development, 2 Lafayette Street, 20th Floor, New York, NY 10007. Feedback for the Residential and Non-Residential Runaway and Homeless Youth Services Program concept paper is due October 24, 2017. Email CP@dycd.nyc.gov with subject line: Runaway and Homeless Youth Concept Paper or submit by mail to Cressida Wasserman, Department of Youth and Community Development, 2 Lafayette Street, 20th Floor, New York, NY 10007.
