Panel on Outstanding Nonprofit Board Leadership

On October 23, 2014, the Center for Nonprofit Strategy & Management at Baruch College School of Public Affairs and VCG Governance Matters are co-sponsoring Outstanding Nonprofit Board Leadership: A Conversation With the Winners of the 2014 Brooke W. Mahoney Award for Outstanding Board Leadership. The winner and finalists of the 2014 award - BronxWorks, East Harlem Tutorial Program, GO Project!, Reach Out & Read of Greater New York, and Urban Pathways - will sit down with David Birdsell, Dean of the Baruch College School of Public Affairs and Chair of VCG Governance Matters, for a frank conversation about what makes their Boards - and their organizations - successful. Tickets cost $15 for members of VCG Governance Matters, $20 for non-members, and $5 for students, and registration is required.
