Self-Care for Youth Workers

CUNY School of Professional Studies is hosting an evening of care for mind, body, and spirit on January 22, 2020. This event will include meditation led by Jozen Tamori Gibson, as well as massages, journaling, energizing music, restorative movement, and healthy foods. Participants will leave with a renewed sense of self, as well as a list of tools and resources that they can use to continue their self-care. Attendees should plan to wear clothing that they can move in (layers are recommended), and bring their own mats and yoga instruments. Register to attend.
