Summer Learning Program Quality Intervention Assessor Coach Training

The Summer Learning Program Quality Intervention Assessor Coach training is an intensive, multi-day, capacity building course in April 2017 led by the National Summer Learning Association and David P. Weikart Center for Youth Program Quality. The course is intended to prepare participants to lead or support summer programs through a quality improvement process including data collection, professional development and strategic planning. Participants in the course will become reliable scorers in the Youth Program Quality Assessment (dependent on passing a reliability test), be prepared to collect data using the Summer Learning Program Quality Assessment, and be prepared to provide ongoing, strengths-based coaching support to summer program staff. The course includes online components, webinars, and live training in Baltimore, MD. There is a fee to participate. Registration deadline is March 24, 2017.
