The NYC State of the Sector of Youth Development Conference

The NYC State of the Sector of Youth Development Conference: Building Pathways to Thriving Careers will take place on Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM at St. Francis College. This free, in-person event will convene over 250 youth workers, youth-serving organizations, city agencies, and funders to explore ways to strengthen the sector. The conference will focus on ways to support the youth-serving workforce, covering topics including enhancing job quality, building career pathways, and fostering equity.
