Family Engagement Playbook

The Global Family Research Project has developed a new Family Engagement Playbook. The Playbook is a collection of evidence-based approaches that individuals, groups, and organizations can easily integrate into existing professional learning opportunities to cultivate meaningful and co-created family engagement. The approaches have the potential to change mindsets, build trusting relationships, and transform organizational practices.

Latino Student Representation at Public State Colleges and Universities, a report from The Education Trust's Broken Mirrors series, details how much work states have to do to increase the population of Latinos with a college degree, from enrolling proportional numbers of Latinos in community colleges and four-year colleges and universities to ensuring Latinos are just as likely as their White peers to cross the finish line once they start college.
