Erin Boyajian

Erin Boyajian M.Ed. is a New York City based learning & behavioral specialist. She coaches leaders and staff in educational programs on program transformation and learning & behavioral issues, including: social and emotional learning, motivation, learning differences, ADHD, ODD, neurodiversity, and best practices in management. She has worked with Fortune 500 executives and leaders in the entertainment industry in training their staff to maximize learning, behavior, and emotional intelligence in their home and office environments. Passionate about optimizing learning for those in need, Erin has worked internationally with schools in India, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Central America, and the Caribbean. Erin is a former NYC Teaching Fellow with a certificate in Organizational Coaching from Columbia University. She is a founding member of the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate.
