Past Event: 2024

This event has already passed.

Are you serving youth and families in Lower Manhattan? Are you interested in building up the mental health capacity of young people you serve?

Join this online info session to learn more about the Building Resilience: Supports for Youth Mental Health cohort and how to apply.

Program Overview

PASE and Child Mind are partnering to support CBOs in bolstering mental health support for youth and families. This unique and free opportunity offers comprehensive training, a curriculum, coaching, and peer support, running from October to December 2024. Join us in building essential capacities for a more resilient community.

The training is designed to give staff the tools to deliver the Mental Health Skill-Building curriculum and promote students’ individual growth and resilience. CBO staff will learn to implement six modules that help students better understand and regulate their emotions, evaluate thoughts, make choices about their behavior, interact effectively with others, and use mindfulness practices to navigate stressful situations.
