Leadership in Uncertain Times: Supervising with Strength and Empathy

March 10, 2025 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm

A workshop for DYCD funded organizations

In order to register for this event you need to or first.

Today’s ever-evolving headlines and deadlines can often impact staff well-being, morale, and performance.  How can supervisors navigate these difficulties and take care of themselves, while fostering a strong, connected, and resilient team?

Join this online, 1 hour lunchtime session, designed for program directors and senior managers seeking a supportive community to reflect on their leadership during tough times.  Through discussion and presentation, participants will process key challenges affecting staff and organizational culture in this current climate, explore supervision approaches that center empathy, care, and clarity, and co-develop strategies to support their own leadership practice and their staff while sustaining program effectiveness.

This workshop is intended for DYCD funded organizations. DYCD Staff are welcome. This professional development opportunity is provided at no cost to you but has a value of $230 for DYCD. If you register for and are subsequently unable to attend this session you are responsible for cancelling your registration or risk being waitlisted for future events.
