Mindful Communication and Conflict Resolution

November 06, 2025 10:00 am to 11:30 am

A workshop for DYCD funded organizations.

In order to register for this event you need to or first.

In this online session, we will explore communication and conflict.

As professionals, we need to collaborate and connect with others both effectively and frequently. Mindfulness practices can help strengthen one's ability to actively listen and effectively communicate with peers, and participants will learn how mindful communication can strengthen their program. We will also review specific strategies for unpacking and resolving conflict. These resources can support participants' personal development as leaders while providing turnkey tools they can use with their staff.

This workshop is intended for DYCD funded organizations. DYCD Staff are welcome. This professional development opportunity is provided at no cost to you but has a value of $230 for DYCD. If you register for and are subsequently unable to attend this session you are responsible for cancelling your registration or risk being waitlisted for future events.
