Tania Ortiz-Ashby has worked at PASE since 2005 and is currently both Senior Program Director and Communications Associate. Tania manages training and technical assistance and PASE's College Prep Initiative, and handles PASE's external communications with the afterschool field. Tania has worked in the youth services field for more than twenty years, first as a designer and provider of innovative direct service programs for youth then as director of training for Fresh Youth Initiatives. Tania holds a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University, an Executive Level Certificate from the Columbia Business School Institute for Non-Profit Management, and was a member of American Express' 2009 Non-Profit Leadership Academy. She also holds a Master of Arts in Learning and Emerging Technologies and an Advanced Certificate in Teaching with Emerging Technologies from SUNY Empire State College.
