Inspiring and Engaging Staff
May 14, 2025 10:00 am to 11:30 am
A workshop for DYCD funded organizations.
In order to register for this event you need to or first.
Running a successful summer program requires more than schedules and delegation - staff need something meaningful to buy in to. In this online session, we’ll explore how to clearly define and communicate the why behind your program’s work, foster authentic relationships among diverse summer staff, and cultivate emotional intelligence as a leadership tool. Through discussion, reflection, and practical tools, you’ll leave with strategies to energize your summer team and foster a shared commitment to success. You’ll also discover how to design professional development opportunities that support both your team’s growth and your program’s mission.
This workshop is intended for DYCD funded organizations. DYCD Staff are welcome. This professional development opportunity is provided at no cost to you but has a value of $230 for DYCD. If you register for and are subsequently unable to attend this session you are responsible for cancelling your registration or risk being waitlisted for future events.
