Understanding, Preventing, and Coping with Burnout and Vicarious Trauma

Staff in community centered work, including credible messengers and direct service professionals, are frequently exposed to trauma, grief, and crisis. This online workshop focuses on recognizing and managing secondary trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout.
Participants will explore strategies for preventing burnout, fostering resilience, and maintaining empathy.
The workshop is designed to equip professionals with practical tools for self-care, stress management, and building a supportive team culture.
This workshop is intended for DYCD funded organizations. This professional development opportunity is provided at no cost to you but has a value of $230 for DYCD. If you register for and are subsequently unable to attend this session you are responsible for cancelling your registration or risk being waitlisted for future events.
